The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Shipping time: 7-15 business days
Shipping fee: Free Shipping Worldwide.
Free when you spend $48 or more

Other countries Postage :  $7.99



Tip: Buying 2 products or more at the same time will save you quite a lot on shipping fees.

During COVID-19 shipping times may be longer due to border security checks and safety requirements!

Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

TRACKING INFORMATION You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”. For some shipping companies, it takes 3-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system especially with the free shipping method we have sent.
